Southend Family Doubles Competition | Saturday 29 August
Team up, compete, and create great memories on court!
This fun and friendly doubles event is open to all players enrolled in the Southend Tennis Program. It’s a fantastic opportunity to enjoy some quality time together, meet other Southend families, and experience the excitement of team competition on court.
Teams will compete in round robin pools based on the child’s age, ensuring matches are enjoyable, fair, and suitable for all participants.
Important Team Information:
- Each team must consist of one child and one parent, guardian, or family member.
- A family member can only partner with one child in the competition.
- If you would like to enter more than one child, each child must register separately and be partnered with a different family member.
Whether you’re aiming for the title or simply looking for a fun day out together, we’d love to see you on court for a great day of tennis, teamwork, and family fun.

Cost
$40 per team (includes one child and one family member)
How to Register
Please register the child player only. The accompanying family member is automatically included in the registration and does not need to enrol separately.
Junior Tennis Competition
Hot Shots Challenge – Saturdays, 2pm – 4pm
The Hot Shots Challenge at Southend Tennis Centre is an exciting junior tennis competition designed to help young players develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment.
More than just coaching, our play-to-learn approach puts the game at the heart of everything we do, encouraging young players to gain confidence and improve through match play.
Term 3 dates:
Red Ball Challenge (5-8 year olds)
Saturday 15 August and Saturday 12 September, 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Orange Ball Challenge (8-10 year olds)
Saturday 22 August and Saturday 19 September, 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Green Ball Challenge (10-12 year olds)
Saturday 22 August and Saturday 19 September, 2:00pm – 4:00pm
